International Safety Management (ISM) & International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Our strategic partner CD Marine is certified to provide ISM service to yachts over 500 tons and mini-ISM for charter yachts under 500 tons: a shore side and onboard ship Safety Management System (SMS) is custom created based on the specific requirements of each and every vessel. This gives the utmost assurance of a continuous cycle of improvement in quality and safety. ISPS is a set of measures designed to enhance the security of ships and port facilities. All these safety and security rules are well known by our company for having set them onboard of numerous yachts. CD Marine can setup the ISM and ISPS for any client requesting the service onboard their boat, be it a brand new vessel, or a private boat converted to commercial standards. We also continuously survey, upgrade and audit the systems based on constantly changing IMO requirements.

In cooperation with our strategic partner - CD Marine - we have direct access to suppliers and vendors throughout the world and is therefore able to obtain the best prices by avoiding the normal channel of resellers. We use a network of forwarding agents who can dispatch goods and parts to boats with minimal delays, wherever the boat is located. This service can be provided to any client, whether a management contract is in place or not.

We will help captains arrange berthing, bunkering, and provisioning worldwide. We will also monitor the routine maintenance of the yacht and her tenders, plan and help select shipyards and overview consequent refit periods, as well as order parts and equipment. This is achieved by working closely with the vessel crew to assist in the event of breakdowns or technical problems. We are available 24/7 to captains and owners and provide assistance with any emergency onboard or related to the Owner, guests and crew. We can also use our knowledge to appoint the agents who will provide the best service and assistance in any location.

Neo Yachting offers operational support targeted towards the small to medium size yachts. Our range of services will ensure that your yacht is being maintained, operated and administered to the highest possible standards and in-line with the international conventions and the insurances. We may also help you offset part of the annual operating costs through charter activity.

Our strategic partnership with CD Marine of Monaco allows us to also offer Full Management for yachts greater than 500 GT, including ISM, ISPS, SEEMP, MLC2006.
