Delivered in 2003 by West Coast Custom Yachts, Forty Love was built in the true spirit of customization. Her owner wanted a yacht able to provide a huge deck space for entertainment and to carry a very good range of water toys. He also asked to get the  greatest exterior visibility possible in main saloon to enjoy the sea view and panoramas during the cruising. The original Westport GRP hull was lengthened by adding a huge beach-style swim platform to stern that steps down into the water. Instead of a two-deck-plus-sun-deck raised pilothouse configuration, a new superstructure was made from aluminium to create a three-deck yacht with enclosed bridge with a huge open area aft, a spacious sun deck and fly bridge on top. The difference between Forty Love and the average superyacht is obvious as soon as one enters the saloon: no master suite, no enclosed galley: just an incredible exterior panorama seen through 360° of windows. Forty Love accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, all en-suite and located on the lower deck.
