New Construction

Luxury Yacht New Construction

Neo Yachting help future owners achieve their new build or refit project starting from the outlines and acting as owner representatives until the yacht is delivered.

"Building a yacht is a human adventure..." Captain Michel Feuga, project manager for Axantha II (43-m Explorer yacht built in 2011). How can we not agree with Michel?! A new construction always starts with the dream of a future yacht owner, it then involves a team of architects, designers, project managers and build specialists and it carries-on with hundreds of technicians who deliver the yacht 2 to 3 years later! Such a process is rewarding for all the parties involved but is also very complexe and requires skills, experience and excellent coordination.

As owner representatives, we supervise and follow-up on the following phases of the project:

Concept design
Technical Specs
Final Styling for production
Hull & Propulsion design
Structural design
Piping & Engineering
Flag & Class documentation handling
Outfitting details Interior design
Costs & Budget definition
Production plan
Yard Management
Quality control
