ESPINOLA is a classic, steel hulled Codecasa (1989) refitted in 2022. The current owner has completed an extensive redesign retaining the elegant nautical style of the 1980’s en-hanced with new furnishing and decor giving it the tranquil ambience of a 21st century Spa with its abundance of wood and the use of natural colours and materials. This is complemented by high level technical upgrades including HD TV in every cabinalongside high quality Sonos sound systems throughout.

The yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests sleeping in 4 fully eqquiped cabins.

The Neo Yachting team attended the IYBA Superyacht Law Summit at the Yacht Club of Monaco on September 28th.

The 3 topics moderated by Paul Flannery (IYBA Chief Operating Officer) were : Dispute resolution in Yachting, Yacht Management in 2022 and Contracts: IYBA PSA vs MYBA MOA.

The event which gathered about 100 yachting professionals was a great opportunity to learn more about the sector and exchange with each other on the different topics around a nice breakfast.
