After spending part of the Winter at the San Remo shipyard, Benetti India is finally back in the port of Nice! She is now available for inspection.
The luxury Motor Yacht INDIA was built in 1982 by the Italian shipyard Benetti and she has been perfectly maintained and upgraded during the refits in 2011-2013-2016-2022. INDIA features the ideal combination of a comfortable and stylish interior and stunning opendeck spaces with well-designed awnings providing ample shade.
INDIA is ready for her 2023 season and her calendar is already opened.

The Neo Yachting team attended the IYBA Superyacht Law Summit at the Yacht Club of Monaco on September 28th.
The 3 topics moderated by Paul Flannery (IYBA Chief Operating Officer) were : Dispute resolution in Yachting, Yacht Management in 2022 and Contracts: IYBA PSA vs MYBA MOA.
The event which gathered about 100 yachting professionals was a great opportunity to learn more about the sector and exchange with each other on the different topics around a nice breakfast.

The MYBA Charter Show is finally back after a 2 year absence and will welcome more than 2000 attendees!
The show will take place as usual at the beautiful Port Vell Marina in Barcelona on April 25th to 28th 2022. It will gather 502 exhibitors, 518 brokers and Central Agents and 60 yachts!

Sunseeker Manhattan 52 MIA LUNA has been sold by Neo Yachting through Equinoxe International partnership!
Built by Sunseeker in 2018, this gorgeous motor yacht will be relocated in the South of France by her new owner. MIA LUNA was brokered by Radka Sikorova from our Praha office and Nicolas Valin and has been sold in an in-house deal.

Founder & CEO Nicolas Valin has become an Arbitrator at the International Yacht Arbritation Council (IYAC)! This Arbritation Council has been developed through the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), whose purpose is to service the Yachting Industry since 1987. It focuses its actions on the arbitration and mediation of maritime commercial disputes, which it maintains and administers.
On another hand, our charter broker Magali Puppo joined the The European Committee for Professional Yachting (ECPY) board at the end of November 2021! ECPY is an association of Yachting professionals. it focuses its actions on the economic development of the yachting industry and defends the interests and best practices of professionals, while cooperating with administrations, the government and the European Union. These actions are made to ensure a fair balance between the development of local, national and European regulations as well as the economic, environmental and social development of Yachting.
Neo Yachting will always continue to take actions in Yachting Industry.
