The Neo Yachting team attended the IYBA Superyacht Law Summit at the Yacht Club of Monaco on September 28th.

The 3 topics moderated by Paul Flannery (IYBA Chief Operating Officer) were : Dispute resolution in Yachting, Yacht Management in 2022 and Contracts: IYBA PSA vs MYBA MOA.

The event which gathered about 100 yachting professionals was a great opportunity to learn more about the sector and exchange with each other on the different topics around a nice breakfast.

From September 28th to October 1st 2022, the iconic Monaco Yacht Show will once again be hosted by the Principality.

Oliver and I go back since 2007 when he was captain on Arbitrage, an Azimut 98 Leonardo. He was one of the kindness man I met and our relationship went beyond Yachting.
